The Palazzo del Corriere Della Sera is housed in the Liberty-style building designed by the architect Luca Beltrami who was also commissioned to restore Sforzesco Castle. At the time, it was inspired by the Times of London. Later, it was refurbished by Vittorio Gregotti who took his leave from the editorial room of the New York Times. As it stands, it is an ode to publishing houses of history and integrity through a uniquely Milanese design lens.
"When I was a child, I would visit my grandmother in Milan and fell in love with the historical quarter. After spending ten years abroad, the opportunity arose to come back to Italy and to work at the Scala theatre, one of the most important theatres in the world. Over time I have learned to love every corner of this city and to call it my home."
