Shipping
Shipments and deliveries take place only on business days except for Italian holidays.
Shipping country/region & Estimated delivery time:
- Italy, Europe, United States and Canada: 1-3 business day, once the order is shipped.
- Asia: 2-5 business days, once the order is shipped
- Other countries: 3-8 business days, once the order is shipped
Please note the below:
- For USA orders, custom might require Tax ID for orders above 2,500USD; if not provided the order will be shipped back to Valextra Central Warehouse.
- Shipping time provided are estimate only; more precise shipping time will be defined at the checkout.
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday 09:00-13:00 CET; Friday orders are managed on Monday.
- We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by destination clearance or custom processes.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were delivered with all original labels attached and complete with all parts and accessories using their original packaging.
We kindly remind you that bespoke and/or personalized items are non-refundable.

A refund will be issued within 20 business days, after the order is received by Valextra warehouse and all quality inspections are cleared. Please note that after the refund is processed, it will take between 3-10 business days to receive it, according to client’s bank institution.
Valextra reserves the right to inspect the products returned and to refuse the return of those products which do not comply with the requirements specified above.
Valextra will take care of return shipping costs.
