Valextra is extremely proud of its Italian heritage, and works tirelessly on its innovation and preservation. Currently, 100% of our products are Made in Italy, while our HQ and operative centre is based in Milan districts and our key partners, distribution facilities and product processes are mainly in the Lombardy, Veneto, Toscana, Emilia Romagna, Campania, and Marche regions.

Our workforce is the backbone of our value creation. At Valextra, women represent 65% of Valextra’s global workforce and 45% of executive positions. We recently launched apprenticeship programme trains aspiring artisans in the art of craftsmanship allowing traditional expertise to thrive. We prioritize our artisans in our innovation process, providing them with a platform to showcase their ideas and experiment with new technologies and materials.

Valextra has partnered with Positive Luxury to improve our sustainability practices and minimise our environmental impacts whilst improving our social and governance (ESG) criteria.
