A Sartorial History of Milan

Milano Outside/Inside, a journey through Valextra for Milano. 

From 1903 to 1946, the Palazzo Morando was the residence of Countess Lydia Caprara di Montalba - a socialite, benefactress, and enthusiast of esotericism and astrology -  who lived there with her husband, Senator Gian Giacomo Morando Attendolo Bolognini. Following her death, it was bequeathed to the City of Milan and has since become a destination of fashion retrospectives of Milanese clothes and accessories charting the past three centuries.
